My coworkers were very helpful, except a few who didn't train well.

They gave me NO HOURS, for something I never applied for . There is no communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is giving deals to customers, and totes for free to better the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I applied for a part time position, and they made me sign for seasonal , they gave me no hours after a month
