I can not think of anything positive about working here

Organization, this is by far the biggest issue that I have with working here

I liked how nice and welcoming the management was, once you work for them their attitude is completely different

everything is great except the management. Management is the only problem, if we had better more organized management there would be more workers and more happy workers
