Everything, again I was verbally and physically abused by my superior and his superiors failed to take proper action among numerous other egregious things that occurred.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even these questions are just a repeat over and over again asking the same thing but phrased differently. DSW is toxic and they failed me in everyway.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again I was failed at every level by DSW from my supervisor to all those above him, from the two area managers in my location and my HR director, etc. This company is as toxic as them come.
