Dunkin' Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

basically we have no benefit, some franchisee sometimes gives one week vacation that's about it. Thanks.

Review from Sales Dept

They have a wide variety benefits that the employees can sigh up for twice yearly. They are notified and given a list the available benefits that I believe are generous, including life insurance, starting at the Shift Leader position.

Review from Sales Dept

There are no extra compensations

Review from Customer Success Dept

Slightly above competition, market rate.

Im working part time so I'm not completely sure

Discounts and benifits perks of the job

The pay is fair and most of the coworkers are very communicative and helpful.

The pay was good, however, I beleive this was due to my previos work history.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't really know much about a compensation package

Review from Sales Dept

I don't know I don't think I have one

Don't know bout that right now

We don't get one of those

I do not gain anything other than hourly pay and tips. My manager doesnt approve of breaks and he took away our one free food item and one free small drink even if we work from 3:30am to 12pm.

That when i would get asked to come in i will go and when i ask for a favor they say yes

Everything it just makes sense

It's too expensive for what we're being paid. We're being offered health insurance for $400 a month which is way more than what most of us make in one check.

Review from Sales Dept

Tips and hourly wage fair

Review from Operations Dept

I like the growth opportunities

It's great could be better

Review from Sales Dept

That i get Medicare and social security.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits and help with growth in the company and life!

Review from Sales Dept

Being asked to overdue my part, at the pay rate of $9. When others dont do the minuim work.

If I'm going to continue to be treated so poorly I expect to at minimum be fairly compensated for it. I currently only take home $150 a week working 3 days a week. I'm also a single mom. If I ask for more hours they intentionally schedule me for when I have parental obligations. Then get mad I can't

I haven't got paid in two weeks

I never received a compensation

Review from Sales Dept

They just treat me terribly and nothibg can make me feel better

Review from Customer Success Dept

Management just doesnt listen, I have a lot of management expirence. The pay isnt worth what they want from me.

I dont have any compensation

I would like a happy work environment

Running the store 5 days a week while the GM is only in for maybe 12-14hrs a week. When upper management comes to visit they run the store correctly and staffed with GM present to make the store's appearance seem like it's running to the stands of Dunkin'.

Fair pay for doing the work of 2+ people daily, I can never come to work and simply do my job, I always have to do multiple tasks that were left by others who do not care about their jobs. I would like to not have to do my managers job as I am a crew member, I am not anyone's mother nor a manager.

Higher pay, ability to go on breaks without punishment, more employees on shifts so not as stressful, cleaner work environment,

I woild feel better if I was paid more. I close the store alone but ger the same pay that morning shift people do when tbey have 4 people working together at a time

Undervalued because im an excellent worker with an amazingly hard work ethic have had job since 15 yrs old. The way to value your employees that work hard dont call out deserve a raise atleast .50 or a dollar 1$.i was closing the drive thru alone and closing their other store too no raise considered

I was salary and got screwed every week

Very much undervalued and constantly talked down on by management and relieving better payment as a shift lead.

If they wouldnt lie to me face about pay.

I was told when i applied that there was sick pay and vacation pay as two seperate things but when the time came they said no because when i call out sick they dont ask for doctor proof therefore im not getting vacation pay.

With time and i can answet that but until then im sorry i dont have an answer

I dont qualify for any benefits because at my location there is technically no fulltime employees. I feel undervalued by every manager i had and it made me extremely stressed because each day im worried im going to be sent to another location. My hours are consitsantly cut without a reason.
