What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to do better at training the new hires. They need better time management and they simply just need to do their job.

I feel like they need people with experience that they have done the job know what they doing or not there they look cute, cool and try to only hire young people that are not Spanish

I've worked here previously at a higher rate, and when I came back, of course the rate went down, but I felt like my new pay rate should've been based on my experience.

Being asked to overdue my part, at the pay rate of $9. When others dont do the minuim work.

If I'm going to continue to be treated so poorly I expect to at minimum be fairly compensated for it. I currently only take home $150 a week working 3 days a week. I'm also a single mom. If I ask for more hours they intentionally schedule me for when I have parental obligations. Then get mad I can't

The management level from General Manager to District Managers all work together to use the employees to their advantage then pay off certain staff that does them favors when they don't want to do the work.
