The way things are going is into the ground

Quality of the product we sell

The management level from General Manager to District Managers all work together to use the employees to their advantage then pay off certain staff that does them favors when they don't want to do the work.

New leadership better leadership this leadership team needs education

The manger needs to be training again,her customer service skills need to be worked on

Dunkin treats, their employees terribly, and if we got paid more, we would be much happier and willing to work harder if there were better incentives

They could care about everyone not just drive through and maybe care more about people situation especially if you know it before you are hired there

I think they need to be look at by HR

The schedules, the leadership, the lack of training for new employessa re hust a fee things.

some of my coworkers back talk the customers who do not treat us well and it does not end well

The general manager talks down to everyone and calls us names .

Most costumers complain on wrong orders..and long waits at store

The managment is terrible and no one from the company asks for our opinons about anything. We, the workers, are the only reason customers come in and are able to get their drinks/food and without us no one would get anything.

The customers aren't the problem for the most part

New management is needed. Better workers are needed. Some more rules and maybe some meetings on how to treat each other are needed because some people missed that lesson in pre-school.

Orders always getting messed up, bad customer service, bad cleanliness, and machines are always breaking. Better concentration may make orders more acurate. cleaning more often, and treating customers better.

Gm or big bosses need to pay close attention on there managers

Always out of stock of at least 4 things a day and customers blame us instead of the people actually responsible and if they complain its our fault and we get written up for things outside of our control
