What are some of the best things about your team?

We work hard to increase sales period. We start early and stay late, and there is so much experience in the room that you always learn from your peers!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would hire better people in the Human Resources team as they are deaf and blind to the toxic people in the company. Also, cut the fat; field sales departments are dinosaurs! Use that money elsewhere.
