I don't dread waking up every morning to go into work. I can work remotely and be more accessible for my husband and kids. It is the best of both worlds: work/life balance.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The honesty of the interviewers when I got to ask THEM questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There could be better communication on the 'behind-the-scenes stuff' between leadership and staff members.

What makes you most happy at work?

Hearing the stories of what a difference we are making in people's lives. How they love the option for remote telecare.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

You do not get demoted or flagged for less than optimal performance. I don't have to worry about having a 'bad month'.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is no "i' in Eargo. We ALL go. We all work together. When one is sick or unavailable, we jump in. Many hands make light work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Given praise for jobs well done. Shown and told we are appreciated and we are key to making Eargo stand alone and shine. We are here for the clients. Everyone at Eargo may have very different roles, but our main goal is to help alleviate the frustration of hearing loss for the hearing impaired.
