I feel valued and heard at the company - there is a significant focus on just achieving our company goals, but checking in with employees on what needs to be improved.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very rational and open to new or different processes or ideas if they make the most sense.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is good and work life balance is quite good - but being able to work remote is amazing!

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate team is close and open - we are able to discuss anything comfortably - which promotes some very unique problem solving

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Any team is open to having a meeting and working on a new challenge, but also being cognisant of resource management. My direct team is loaded correctly, not over or under resourced.

What did you like most about the interview process?

We are thorough in our hiring process but we want to ensure the interviewee has their questions answered as well. It is not about just getting the best performer, but the best fit.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to work remote, I am able to take short breaks to play with my pup, or knock out house chores so I have more of my personal time to me, especially without the commute!
