Keeps the company up to date on changes within the company and is good with listening and taking employee suggestions and implementing them when it is for the better of the company and its employees.

We get to help a lot of people hear and improve their quality of life. I hear consistently how our Eargo devices change their lives. How can you not be happy when you hear that all the time.
