When I was first hired onto my role, I really enjoyed the company culture and everyone I worked with. However, this company has changed a lot since then, and I have not grown at all in my role. Also, management has become more hostile and unorganized, which has led to a lot of unease in my team.

People Ops team members are incredibly kind and make sure that you feel welcome and have all the information you need during the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to work remotely and independently, being trusted to do my job out of the office, and having the freedom to do my work without being micromanaged.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher leadership needs to listen to the needs and concerns of the workers on the bottom of the totem pole, who are the ones doing the most work. They need to listen to employees before implementing policies, be more transparent, and care more about their employee's happiness.
