They all work hard and commit to their goals. They also encourage folks to venture out of their comfort zones, and that makes people better at their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is glad to be here, excited for the work, and goal-oriented. The culture encourages growth and learning while maintaining a laid-back approach so you don't feel pushed into things.
