I enjoyed talking with people that occupy a different role at Eargo. It helped me to understand how different divisions work together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is very reasonable and then I can earn bonuses based off of how hard I work. It is a win/win situation
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all here to help one another. We jump in when we can to make sure that the client has the best experience possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership is very transparent. They explain what is going on, what steps they are taking and why. They are also very open to conversations and suggestions.
