Eargo is a great place to work. There have been some lows, but I keep my hope that we will prevail and be able to continue to serve our clients and their hearing needs. Benefits, culture, pay, atmosphere is all great and I do feel rewarded for the work I do.

Hearing positive feedback from our customers about the services we provide. Nothing is better than a happy customer!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The communication through my department has increased significantly since our current director took over. I appreciate the honesty that flows through the management team. Our department tries hard to recognize those that are deserving.
