I really enjoy coming to work. I could work from home if I wanted to, but I like coming in!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is hands down the BEST company that I have EVER worked for! The leadership is intelligent, supportive and it's truly a pleasure coming to work here! The product and client care is top notch as well. It can't be beat!
What did you like most about the interview process?
They are very thorough, so I don't think that easy was the best choice of words, but they seek intelligence and someone that is literate, speaks well and can write good emails as well as a good work ethic. It was thorough, but they don't make you come back multiple times.
What makes you most happy at work?
That they let us work like adults. They help without micro-managing. They are not rigid with times that we come in or leave. They want us to be at our best when working and realize that we should be in a good mind frame to do a good job. They allow creativity.
