What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treat their employees fairly with equal equity, compensation and benifits as other start ups.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

3+ years with no review or compensation adjustment. Then a 2% max increase and a reverse split that made the equity worthless and only adjustments for the upper management and none of the long term employees. Nothing would make me feel better because the CEO doesn't believe the employees have value
