I liked being able to interview remotely. It is not always easy to travel for interviews.

Again it goes back to communication and teamwork. We are all work together to reach a goal. We don't fight against one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I can work remotely and still have daily interaction with my co-workers. Again it is a company that is built on open communication.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The always make time for you and are open to listening. It is not often that the group in charge of you is open to suggestions and thinking outside the box.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very lax environment. You know what the expectations are of your job and they allow you the freedom to complete those expectations at your pace/path. It makes for a very refreshing and stimulating environment.
