So far it's good. As with any startup in a hypergrowth phase, HR messaging on employee benefits from hiring to tenure still requires consistency.

Everyone says hi to each other in a friendly way both in passing and when you arrive/depart.

Very responsive (you are encouraged to ask any question openly) and personable (say hi in passing and they try to remember your name).

We all pitch in to help the company grow. We say hi and good-bye to each other. We work hard and are available to each other regularly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It all rocks. Work from home is a bit different by department, so we also have a flexible work schedule which helps me to keep a nice work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With recent growth and adaptation to market conditions, leadership needs to revisit benefits and compensation for employees and eliminate the ambiguity in benefits for paid time off, work from home, and flexible work schedules. These benefits are only briefly mentioned at hiring.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team spent time to get to know me and score me on my competencies, so when decision time came it was mutual and fast to sign an offer. It was very enticing because they also helped me achieve a real life salary.
What do you like best about your company?
Company culture. My team is very nice to each other, we treat each other like family. Sometimes we are close and other times we are busy working. We are sit side-by-side each other agile that works nicely when you need help to get things done, very easy to ask.
