Ive worked here for around 8mo, and its been wonderfully positive. I really do like going to work every day, its such an interesting problem to be chipping away at (hearing loss).
What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought it was great how the recruiters were open and honest thru the whole process. The interview wasn't easy, but it was never intimidating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recognition that you receive is incredible. From the CEO down to your manager and teammates, when you do a good job you get appropriate praise for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work for a brand that actually helps people live a better life, on top of that I learn a lot from the team every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its a very well rounded package, from a competitive salary, to great health care options, 401K, down to a solid equity package, I dont know what else I could ask for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE the team I am on. This comes down to three things. 1, I work with such a smart and talented team, they all work hard and are always innovating. 2, part of why the team flourishes like I mentioned is because we are empowered to do so with the autonomy to make our own decisions. 3, recognition.
