Very open and engaging to me when I first started. A great team atmosphere, encourages team bonding, funny antics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's always one person that I meet that I might not know directly that say "good morning" or "hello". People have fun and work hard - there's a good balance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt more like a conversation than an actual interview in the later process, which I appreciated because interviews can be very daunting. It showed that they were also looking for someone who would mesh well with the team.
