I have a newborn at home, so it's just hard to leave him some days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We sell hearing aids and give people the ability to hear again. Our customers fuel the positivity and it trickles down through the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well together with open communication and never playing the blame game. We are always more focused on fixing the issue than who caused it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO meets with all the employees regularly. It is an open session where we can just drop-in and is always enjoyable, although we do talk about Marketing a little too much :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my boss and a senior team member, but also 2 managers in different departments that I would regularly work with. It helped me get acquainted with the company and earn rapport quickly.
