What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us well informed and are very respectful and open to opinions and new ideas. Criticism is always constructive and helpful, and they choose to highlight good qualities rather than focusing on the negative.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they asked about not only my educational and employment background, but they asked about my family and my personal life, too, and made sure that I knew they would support a good work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. Everyone helps each other by covering schedules when things come up, answering questions, helping with projects, and just checking in to see how you're doing. I've never worked with a better team! They all sincerely love what they do.
