They stay as transparent as possible with all of the employees, and consistently care about our well-being and work-life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are all really positive and encouraging to one another. Our People Ops team consistently set up fun or creative events via Zoom for all employees attend.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was interviewed by one of the VPs personally. It showed that Eargo is invested in who they want working for them and also helped me feel valued right from the beginning.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and boss are the best - they have never failed to help make my work day better. We all get along very well and genuinely look forward to seeing each other on Zoom meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always striving to move forward with every project we tackle. We take problems head-on and use each other's knowledge to find solutions. No one ever waits to ask for help if they need it, and help is always given.
