They value and seek employee feedback. They recognize that there are areas of opportunity within the organization and I appreciate that they are transparent about it, as well as being willing to make meaningful changes to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly when you need to interact with them. We have disagreements about how things can/should be done but for the most part everyone is able to work together to find the best path forward for the company and for our clients
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet members of the team and those you would provide support to. This provides insight and helps the company determine if you are the right candidate while helping you decide if the company is a good fit for you too.
