The leadership team is so positive; always focusing on what can be improved. They seem genuinely concerned about the well-being of their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is the respectful manner in which team members discuss issues with one another - no finger-pointing. Instead, everyone offers to help out. It's amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts with the CEO and trickles down to everyone. Complaining is frowned upon but no one needs to say that. We just follow the CEOs lead whose behavior reflects his positivity and his ideals.
