What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently many are working from home which makes it difficult to develop a culture and interact. There's transparency which is what I desire most.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to manage my day and achieve my goals and objectives. What makes me most happy is to make a huge sale that will benefit our entire team with new business and sales.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Eargo's Executive is approachable. I feel I could call any of them and share what is on my mind whether a concern or an opportunity. They are extremely smart and with various backgrounds that truly compliment each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
With Covid, we unfortunately had to do Zoom meeting interviews. I met with 6 members of the Executive team individually and was most happy they all were very engaging and honest. I was offered my job on the spot from our CEO during our Zoom call!!
