They genuinely try to include everyone
Generosity of their time. Seem happy to listen when we need to pick their brain about something.
They are invested in the growth of the company as well as individual employees. Many employees have risen up through the ranks. It's a great company to work for.
I trust my leadership and they always make time to listen and engage.
Stop being so political all the time?
Morals, ethics, maybe buy a soul?
Pretty much everything, stop lying would be a good place to start.
Transparency and telling the truth to employees. They said no more layoffs but kept laying people off!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review from Engineering Dept
No one took the leadership team seriously, just look up the non-tech C level leadership and see their credentials or lack thereof. COO+CLO had no idea what they were doing and created a toxic and political culture by themselves.
The Executive team was so bad that it's actually funny to think about now.
Everything. Leadership team followed the CEO around 24/7, read all his emails, and physically attacked and actually physically held employees back from talking the CEO. A new hire on my team tried to say hi to the CEO and proceeded to yell at the employee for talking to the CEO.
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparency, the leadership is underhanded and tries to not payout commissions every chance they get. They even laid off the former CRO Doug Sill within a year of when they hired him. The company is volatile, and does does not engender confidence to it's employees.
