Stop being so political all the time?
Morals, ethics, maybe buy a soul?
Pretty much everything, stop lying would be a good place to start.
Transparency and telling the truth to employees. They said no more layoffs but kept laying people off!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one took the leadership team seriously, just look up the non-tech C level leadership and see their credentials or lack thereof. COO+CLO had no idea what they were doing and created a toxic and political culture by themselves.
Sales reps are fired to avoid paying commission.
They lay people off before they have to pay commissions, it takes 12 months before you are paid for your commissions. The target is always moving.

Too many to list, google easypost, nuff said
Company has an inclusive culture with a lot of diversity in engineering, but C-level executives were beyond toxic and their toxicity spread throughout the company.
Exec team cut off communication to the CEO so no one could reach him to warn him about the situation until it was way too late and the company had to do layoffs. They literally followed up him all hours of the day so no employees could talk to him. It was creepy and made employees uncomfortable.
Firing executive team was first step in the right direction. COO used to be head of sales and was completely terrible but only got promoted to COO after some interesting events. CLO was toxic and tore the company apart and created workplace conflicts and created division across the company

Fulfillment was just like the Fyre Festival but actually a bajillion times worse. The whole thing was a sham. Around August in 2019, 3 putrid C - level executives took control of the company and sank the company in record time and everything is a mess because of it.

Being honest about funding and current customers would be a good start
Stop nepotism in hiring practices and start getting rid of management who is ineffective.
The company needs to admit the CLO, COO, President era of EasyPost was a trainwreck and they were responsible for everything that happened so employees can move on.
75% - 85% of the company was laid off.

Executives chased out a fantastic HR department and then the execs hired in a brand new HR team in 2020 who were dreadful and literally everyone hated them. The new HR leadership was just awful.
Layoffs were what went wrong. They could've been avoided if the executives were honest about the status of fundraising and the financials of the company. They lied to grab power from the CEO and proceeded to spend money and hire a ton of people and then lay them all off later.
Review from Engineering Dept
Less nepotism and more merit based promotions.

No transparency on how different departments were doing. CLO bragged about how consolidation was doing great and how it was growing exponentially, yet customers were churning and it failed. It was never mentioned again! The failed employees working on that team mindboggingly got promoted...
Stop doing layoffs, hundreds of employees were laid off and the manner in which it was done was disheartening to watch. Employees were told they wouldn't be laid off then laid off a few days later or promised benefits and then not given to them.
Review from Engineering Dept
Admit the executive team was a mistake so the company can move on.
