Most IC people are solid.
My team is so helpful and understanding of the learning curve at the company which is honestly quite immense. The area is unique and nuanced with many carriers and many big ideas to keep in mind. And since it's a tech company there's a lot of architecture to become familiar with. That's normal tho

Smart people with lots of varied experience
EasyPost used to have the best culture ever before the ridiculous COO/President/CLO circus act destroyed the company. Many of my co-workers used to echo the same sentiment. For the first couple years in the company, an Engineer never quit.

Not adversarial and minimal stupid excercises
Positive candidate experience so I was hopeful the company would be a great place to work and it initially was before the exec team power coup that happened.
