Regional culture is amazing, Home office down is where the problems exist.

The local branch teams are amazing. THis is not an employee problem, its a executive management problem, which is why they are losing FA's at an incredible rate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive management has lost their way. They no longer trust the branch teams with doing what is right for the customer. Under the guise of regulation changes, they are taking over the client experience to best protect the firm... NOT do what the client needs or wants, but what has no risk for EJ
