First 15 years were fantastic, but the last five years have been a descendent into bureaucracy, micromanagement, and a complete inability of management to lead effectively.

For the most part, the harder I work, the more I make.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They either have no cohesive plan, or no ability to convey one. We experience a ridiculous amount of change in processes, and tools, but there's no apparent accountability for our leadership to to ensure effective training or that they even work correctly.
