The branch team is the FA and one or two support staff. Best recipe for giving client top tier support
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have local/regional leadership that implements home office policy while supporting local offices. All volunteer, our FAs create a network of people who take on specific areas and are the go to for the branches. It is fun, hard work, effective, and pays it forward to new hires. Same w/staff
