I love that I can choose my own schedule and work from home! Teachers are given a great deal of support in terms of how to help kids learn and in terms of dealing with the online platforms. We are given full access to some of the best tools online interactive teaching tools out there!

Our leadership team is accessible, and problems are generally solved very quickly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is excellent, considering that I'm working from home. Because Elevatek12 has invested in partnerships with platforms such as Magic School and Nearpod, as well as their own curriculum, I spend little or no time 'off the clock' putting together lessons.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love teaching. With ElevateK12, I'm have the tools and the help I need to provide quality lessons for kids. I am granted a great deal of flexibility to teach in ways that work best for me and for my students
