What is the best part about your compensation package?

vacation and quarterly enrichment day, 401k match

I feel that I am paid fairly and compensation is always transparent

I think it is as per market standard and company hears and takes action if you are not fairly paid.

stock options, leaves and flexibility to work

It can't compete with the crazy big salaries but it is fair comprated to the industry standard, or above.

That every employee is a stakeholder, we all have options (equity in the company) so that we too can participate in the broader company's success.

Competitive base salary and I love that Enrichment Days are an added leave bonus for all employees.

I would say the salary is fair. Would love to see some more benefits like health care, gym memberships etc.

The generous PTO (5 weeks) plus quarterly enrichment days and a floating holiday for your birthday.

I am paid very well and am actually paid above market rate. It doesn't get much better than that!
