What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how willing they all are to give feedback and ensure I am fully set up for success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
vacation and quarterly enrichment day, 401k match
I feel that I am paid fairly and compensation is always transparent
I think it is as per market standard and company hears and takes action if you are not fairly paid.
stock options, leaves and flexibility to work
It can't compete with the crazy big salaries but it is fair comprated to the industry standard, or above.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having more transparency about pay within teams - currently, there is a large disconnect between the pay of team members doing similar work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People genuinely care about eachother
Team environment and culture of helping each other.
open communication and everyone is a team player.
Everyone wants to help each other succeed. They don't climb over you to climb a ladder - we all want each other to be celebrated.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the engagement between hiring manager and candidates
Quick communication and good feedback throughout
interacting with higher management during hiring process.
It was actually fun! Naturally, interviews can be nervewracking but overall it was a positive experience.
