Very caring culture, a lot of diversity (geographic, cultural, etc.). We've been a Great Place to Work for like 15 years!
What makes you most happy at work?
I've worked at a lot of places where I didn't really enjoy going to work every day. Just the people or work or whatever. At Encora, it's good people doing interesting work, and I look forward to it every day. It's much better than I expected when I joined, a really good surprise!
