Challenges. It not boring at all. Company's staff and its projects are so interesting

It's really nice. It feels like a dynamic environment, where challenges appear often and you're able to grow not only professionally but personally
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've found people at the same professional level I am (even less) but they're better paid (even with similar benefits in their companies)
