The mutual respect of all the collaborators, as well as the work mechanics and all the effort in the extra activities that each of the members offers with certain periodicity. It is the best.

I think that the fact that they are always available to talk to you, to have the issues on the table, clarity and that they always treat you very well is what makes you maintain the idea of a good leadership team.
