They are extremely fun and supportive. Even when we face stressful challenges they find a way to make the situation feel lighter and power through it.

I am able to continually learn more and more. The goals are established on a per-person basis and that makes it easy to continue improving whilst not feeling like you're simply a number or feeling pressured.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an understanding that it's not necessary to completely focus throughout the work shift. Distractions are welcome. Our company understands that laughs, memes, jokes are welcome breaks between the work that help us be more productive when we are focused.
