They are all good people and you feel welcome when you are with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we are kind of low of salaries considering that all clients are from outside our country. We should be able to perceive more salary if we, for example, instead of paying rent (and all associated costs) for an office we pay more to all remote positions
