The leaders are very human people, who care about the growth and well-being of their teams. You feel free to develop your ideas and they are taken to improve internal processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Internal communication with the team, without a doubt, the relationship we have with our manager is quite horizontal, so we are encouraged to work as a team, support each other and share spaces outside of work. it is as family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I got to the stage with the interview that would be my manager. It was a semi-open interview, but it felt quite human. I was able to perceive the value that they gave to the collaborators and I felt at ease.
