I feel that they can apply more tax saving modal, as well as they should review salary packages for employees, how are underpaid as per market standards

I have more potential to work batter and have more experience in compare to the persons those are valued same. So they should keep eye and have some plan for the employees which are undervalued/can do batter what they are doing.
