At least provide industry standard compensation. I am underpaid for the position I am given

Being in a Cross country team I get to indulge with people from different ethnicities and learn about them. Working with a team that is equally obsessed with the work we do for our customers is one of the best part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a progressive plan to take the company in future as technology unravels itself. The future of encora looks very bright based on the vision our CEO has displayed and I am sure we are going to make it there before time.

I love how we are motivated and positively pushed to adapt and learn about new technologies but also have more than enough room to not miss out on personal affairs. The people and culture team are doing an awesome job to help us on a mental and physical level.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am mostly happy to go to work as I am obsessed with technology but due to pandemic I have missed out a lot on the physical connection I was able to create with other people. I am the most happy to interact about new challenges for the customers and group discussions for something challenging.
