It is a fast paces workplace full of people who care.
I guess making our plans come true.
A private medical insurance for all extended to our partners.
They adapt processes to people rather than the other way around.
They are always in a good mood and have a helpful disposition.
They push as to achieve better while treating us as humans. That is a balance that is not easy to achieve.
I really like having medical insurance, and that it is extensive to my partner. Now I have to find a partner. LOL.
They are always in a good mood and are always there to help. They inspire me to follow suit and have a good disposition as well. They are also very hard working and experts in their craft.
I think we don't yet have a culture that is unified, but the hunger for that unification and the wellbeing of the whole community seems to drive all od us. And that is something I really enjoy and respect.
Oddly enough the meetings and just talking and planning stuff with the people I work with. Also there is a part of community building I do, that is not PART of my job and not part of my 40 hours that I love to do.
I like that they seem to be very human, people that you can actually talk to and receive an answer. On the other side of the coin I sometimes feel they alienate themselves from the rest of us and we don't have much visibility as to how and what decisions they make.
