The company doesn't have unnecessary components in their package like variable pay. Also, the company provided a good bonus to every employee that is a huge morale booster.

Everyone is ready to help at any given time. Team mates as well as leaders are willing to go beyond. Also, zero politics which is a big relief.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were several rounds to test the potential of the candidate. HR was helpful throughout. Also, at the end VP comes and interacts which is a positive thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It all starts from how the leaders behave to their subordinates and how it trickles down from there. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The positivity that they bring emanates a calm and successful work culture. Couldn't ask for more.
