Payment is good, my coworkers are great, WFH is the best thing. But all the administrative department is poor, the physical office offers no motivation to work from there

Show appreciation to the employees, the differences are huge between what is posted in the social media and the reality.I see other LATAM offices giving appreciation gifts to their employees and having nice offices but Heredia office is really sad
