Absence of office politics: Positive workspaces and excellent work culture where each employee feels valued, have little room for gossip, backbiting, and politicking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Am not saying that am not compensated for my job and am unhappy with the salary. My issue is the salary structure which does not give any tax benefits and the tax burden is huge.
