Organization is very good and growing. Lots of new stuff to learn here. Good culture and friendly people around. Organization need to work on correction in compensation. Also need to revise salary structure by adding some allowances to reduce income tax. ESOP for employees will help in retention.

Compensation needs to be as per experience, as per industry standard, considering roles and resopnsbility a person is executing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not as per the role and responsibilities. Correction is compensation is required. Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) also required at least for employees who have spent few years in this organization.
