They're really open to share their experience and concerns, we learn a lot from each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and communicating daily, the interaction with the whole team is very enriching, the DS and TIL are my favorites!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole environment is great, my coworkers are amazing, the crew of People and culture are very dynamic, the benefits of being an Encorian are really good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They engage perfectly with the whole team and actually suggest many ways to improve as an Encorian, is all good with them, they encourage me to give and receive feedback which is great!
