my team are mostly energetic people, pro-active and empathetic except for the P&C manager in Phils.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i felt like i am undervalued given i am 9 yrs with Encora but my salary is still very less compared to my contribution with the company.
